A one-time cleaning fee of 45€ is applied to ensure all indoor and outdoor spaces are carefully prepared and maintained to a high standard.

Christmas & New Year: 4 nights
Stays of 7 nights or more benefit from a reduced rate.

Please note that Montinho Escape is closed during parts of winter season (December - February)
